6. User
6.1. Registered Users performing activities on the website that assume a realistic economic relationship, taking into account the economic activity of the Service Provider. 7. Service Provider's service, terms of use, Service Provider's obligations

7.3. The service provider's obligation is to operate the website carefully, to provide the service described on the website, taking into account the conditions written below and occasional exceptions. 9.5. A user's protest or cancellation request regarding data management for certain data management purposes also results in the complete or specific termination of the use of the website's wall, if the data management for the specific purpose is absolutely necessary for the performance of the given service.
9.6. The service provider may terminate the possibility of using the wall of the website at any time - without giving reasons - for individual users or for all users by ending the operation of the website.
9.7. 10. Registration, the User's rights and their limitations
10.1. The service provider declares its acceptance by confirming the registration in writing (via e-mail).

In addition, the User can notify the Service Provider at any time of his request to cancel his registration in the form of an e-mail message. In this case, your registration will be canceled within 3 working days of submitting your request, with all your data being deleted at the same time.

10.5. Registration process

10.5.3. 10.5.4. After online registration, the user receives information electronically - by e-mail.
10.6. The same person can only create one registration profile on the website, and only one registration can be made on the website on behalf of the same economic organization/business company.
10.7. If, after completing the registration, the User does not receive any feedback about the acceptance of their registration, or if the registration fails due to some other apparently IT error, please report this to the e-mail address info @ drotar.hu. The service provider examines the report and, in justified cases, takes immediate action to eliminate the error.
11. Use and performance of services
11.1. Services available on the provider website:
- Uploading the user's goods/stock for sale with data and images containing their parameters,
- Uploading the parameters and image of the product(s) the user wishes to purchase.
11.2. If the User encounters difficulties while using the above services - e.g. you will not receive any feedback on its receipt; or the sending fails due to some other apparently IT error; –, you can report this to the customer service contacts above. The Service Provider will examine your report, after which it will take immediate action to correct the possible IT problem.
11.3. The use of the website and its other services are not subject to the conclusion of a separate contract or prior agreement with the Service Provider.
11.4. In addition to sending useful information, the newsletter service also aims to obtain direct business from the Service Provider. The User can subscribe to this service regardless of the use of other services. The use of this service is based on a voluntary decision made by the User after adequate information. If the User does not use the service described in this point, this does not result in a disadvantage for the user in terms of using the website and using its additional services. The service provider does not make the use of its services aimed at obtaining direct business a condition for registration or the use of any other service.
11.5. Provisions regarding the use of services and subscription to services aimed at obtaining direct business, consent to the management of the data necessary for their fulfillment, as well as the appropriate information of the User are contained in the data management information, which the User learns about and accepts during registration. 12. Public Posting of Advertisements on the Site
12.1. Based on the data uploaded by the User, the Service Provider publishes advertisements in which the User is not identified.
12.2. You can upload a photo for the ads. The photo uploaded for the advertisement may only be a photograph depicting the subject of the advertisement, or a picture, drawing, graphic, etc., which depicts a fictitious person/living being or object, or which can be uniquely identified in some other way. The selected image must not be a replica of another person, or otherwise violate the law, be discriminatory, racist, hateful, harmful, obscene, or related to religious or political views, violate another person's privacy, or harm or endanger minors. It may also not contain content protected by law or contract, content that violates industrial secrets and intellectual property, as well as content that spreads computer viruses, or content that may in any way violate the rights and interests of the Service Provider or a third party.
12.3. By accepting these terms of use and the data management information regarding the uploaded photo, the user consents to their publication in such a way that they will be accessible and visible to other users (anyone) using the website. However, this falls under the User's own responsibility, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the consequences related to this.
13. Termination of registration
13.1. The User can notify the Service Provider of his request to cancel his registration at any time in the form of an e-mail message. In this case, your registration will be canceled within 3 working days of submitting your request, with all your data being deleted at the same time.
13.2. In case of violation of these terms of use by the User, the Service Provider may delete the User's profile, thereby terminating the registration of the User concerned.
13.3. Your request to generally prohibit the processing of your data by the Service Provider will also result in the deletion of your profile and the termination of your registration.

14. Disclaimer
14.1. The service provider does not assume any responsibility for direct and indirect damages, which are caused by the bad faith use of the website or by the internet service provider they arise from a divorce. Service provider cannot be held responsible for technical problems, for example for electrical or computer network outages. 15. Exclusion from registered users
15.1. 19.4. With regard to issues not addressed in these terms of use, Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society.
